Our Food / Beer
Provenance
At The Three Tuns we pride
ourselves on sourcing fresh local ingredients wherever possible.
Our suppliers are:-
Meat & Game ~ Sumbler Bros,
butchers in Marlborough, who supply us with top quality meat
including West Overton lamb and fantastic aged sirloin steaks.
Sourced locally you will often see rabbit, pheasant, pigeon ,
partridge & venison dishes on our specials board
Fish ~ Supplied by Cooper Seafoods
of Andover who buy daily from the Devon coast.
Vegetables ~ Either supplied by Aldridges who
pick up overnight from Heathrow and who deliver fresh produce to
us daily or locally grown vegetables dependent upon the season.
Hillbarn House garden ~ The Three Tuns owners,
Jason & Amanda Gard, allow us to raid their beautiful garden for
an abundance of produce when in season. These include asparagus,
new potatoes, salad leaves, herbs, apples, pears & berries.
Chutneys, jams & jellies are all made ‘in house’ using Hillbarn
produce.
Real Ales ~ The award winning Ramsbury Gold is
one of many local ales on offer from several local
micro-breweries
